Email communication was excellent. The hearings aids arrived quite quickly considering the distance between Cyprus and New Zealand. They worked as advertised. I have had them for more than a year and they are still working perfectly.

Contacted Dr George Panayiotou because I had a sudden hearing loss. My ENT doctor said that the only solution would be a hearing aid. Fear not though because the service from Dr George was excellent. My Signia Silk Inner ear 1X hearing Aids arrived pre programmed and worked perfectly straight away.

Very satisfied with the service, from hearing evaluation to delivery to consultation with George. Easy and clear. The Phonak aids themselves are great. Love how I can make different adjustments in sound quality, depending on the situation. Plus the price was half of what I would pay in the US from a broker. All in all, my first month and I'm totally pleased to hear better.
