Email communication was excellent. The hearings aids arrived quite quickly considering the distance between Cyprus and New Zealand. They worked as advertised. I have had them for more than a year and they are still working perfectly.

Contacted Dr George Panayiotou because I had a sudden hearing loss. My ENT doctor said that the only solution would be a hearing aid. I tried a Widex locally but then followed Dr George Panayiotou's advice and ended up buying a Phonak. So far the experience has been good. Dr George Panayiotou is always available to support which is great.
