Do you configure the hearing aids?

Yes, of course! We will set the hearing aids up for you as we are a professional audiology service firm. Please email us a copy of your hearing test results form/audiogram and we will program the hearing aids prior to shipping. We will provide remote adjustments after you get used to the hearing aids as needed.

Do you offer any additional services with my hearing aid purchase?

Yes, we are offering ongoing support, remote settings adjustments, and maintenance services to ensure your hearing aids continue to work perfectly.

What’s included in the package?

You will receive 1 or 2 hearing aids, a charger or batteries, 1 or 2 receivers/speakers, a selection of various domes, filters, and a full manufacturer’s warranty (quantities vary depending on your choice).
