How long do hearing aids last?

With proper use and maintenance, hearing aids typically last between three and five years.

Are Hearing Aids bluetooth compatible?

Yes, many of today's hearing aids feature advanced Bluetooth technology. You can stream sound from your T.V., smartphone, laptop, or any other Bluetooth compatible device directly to your hearing aids. This creates a seamless listening experience without the interference of background noise or having to use an intermediary device.

Can I control my Hearing Aids through a smartphone app?

Yes you can! Hearing aids with Bluetooth compatibility are able to connect straight to your smartphone allowing you to control your hearing aids through specific apps. This enables you to control the volume, check battery status, and stream phone calls, music, videos directly to your hearing aids.

Can I listen to phone calls and music from my Hearing Aids?

With Bluetooth compatible hearing aids you can stream phone calls from loved ones and listen to your favorite music directly from your hearing aids without the assistance of another device.

Are Hearing Aids difficult to maintain?

Hearing aids are quite easy to take care of and maintain, and we help you to integrate them to your daily routine. 

Cleaning your hearing aids regularly is very important to prevent the need for repair due to moisture and wax build-up. 

I have hearing loss in both ears. Is it necessary to wear two hearing aids?

Let us explain the advantages of wearing two hearing aids:

Better hearing in a noisy environment: Hearing in a noisy environment can be improved if the signal reaching each ear arrives at a slightly different moment in time. This time difference can help the brain process a speech signal more efficiently.

Improved signal vs. noise level: Sound source matters: If you have a hearing aid in only your left ear and the person speaking to you is on your right side, much of the speech signal is lost by the time it gets to your aided ear, while the level of the noise in the room enters the aided ear at its normal volume level.

Improved ability to localize sounds: The brain uses the sound entering the ears from the right and left side of the head to determine the direction of the sound source. Having a hearing aid in only one ear can alter this sense of direction.

There are no extra costs included in your purchase.  Worldwide shipping is FREE. However, international orders outside the EU may be subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Payment is usually due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
