Step 1: Email us your hearing test

We advise that you obtain a complete hearing test / audiological examination from an independent hearing health care professional or an ENT doctor. Please scan or photograph your hearing test and email a copy to us.

A comprehensive hearing examination is a non-invasive hearing test that determines if hearing loss exists and, if so, specifies the type, degree, and configuration of the condition. This will assist in determining whether you are a candidate for hearing aids and rule out the need for referral to a medical specialist.

Step 2: We program and ship your hearing aids

We will program your hearing aids based on your hearing test results and any special requests you may have. The sound quality of your hearing aids will be confirmed using scientifically proven techniques. Your hearing aids will be delivered by DHL Express Delivery, which allows you to track the delivery process.

Step 3: We schedule an online fine-tune session

After you've received your hearing aids, we schedule an online session with our expert audiologist to fine-tune the devices to your preferences.

Step 4: We verify your satisfaction

At the end of 30 days, we have another review session. If you are satisfied, we complete the onboarding period. You have the option of keeping or returning the hearing aids without any additional fees. If you don't like the hearing aids for any reason, you may send them back to us and receive a full refund. However, we are certain you'll be happy with your hearing aids.

Step 5: Aftercare and maintenance

We'll be there for you as long as you need us. If further adjustments are necessary after the 30-day guarantee period, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your hearing aids are also covered by warranty. In the unlikely event that they require maintenance or repair, you can send them back to us, and we will ensure they are repaired accordingly.
